Donald Trump has lashed out at his opponents on social media. Criticism comes from within his own party — Trump is “not a Christian.”

CHICAGO – Donald Trump has once again exposed himself on his social media site, Truth Social. At Christmas he sent several heated posts against political opponents and his legal persecutors. Not everyone in his party liked that.

Trump's verbal spats are no longer surprising. But after the Truth-Social posts, former Republican congressman Adam Kinsinger is now questioning even Trump's Christian orientation. Last Tuesday (December 26), he lashed out at the former US president.

Trump Tells His Opponents To 'Burn In Hell'

The Republican presidential candidate's statements were harsh. In addition to the already well-known camels, “woke army” and electric cars against Democrat and direct political opponent Joe Biden, Trump also expresses his opinion about the ongoing criminal case against him. “Merry Christmas to everyone, including Joe Biden's last hope, disfigured Jack Smith, an out-of-control lunatic who hired lawyers fresh out of the swamp to help him in his poorly executed witch hunt against 'Trump' and 'Maga'. To help.”

In his post, Trump continues to fuel conspiracy theories that the upcoming US election will be “stolen” by Democrats. Legal action is underway against the former president over a similar statement about Joe Biden's victory that led to the attack on the Capitol on January 6, 2021. At the end of his “Christmas Message,” he wishes all his addressees a “Merry Christmas,” saying: “May they burn in hell.”

Party friend thinks Trump is “not a Christian.”

Kinzinger didn't just want to accept his party colleague's Christmas message. The former MP posted, “If you're a Christian and support him, you don't understand your own religion.” Another hashtag was attached with the caption, “Trump stinks.”

There were plenty of Trump supporters in the comments on Kinzinger's post. One writes to the Republican Party: “If you're a Christian, you know the Bible says, 'Judge not, and be not judged.'” In addition to criticizing the record, some are voicing their support.

Expert thinks Trump is panicking about “internal probes.”

Politicians “generally keep their Christmas messages positive, and emphasize gratitude and hope for better days – and steer clear of political conflict,” political science professor Grant Davis tells the Reiher news portal. Newsweek. But Trump clearly didn't come through. Does the former president feel threatened by his Republican opponents?

According to experts, that may be the reason for the harsh words. To Rieher, Trump's record suggests he's “looking at some internal polls he doesn't like and trying to use an extreme version of the verbal tactics that worked for him in 2016 to reverse recent trends.”
