Real Housewives of Dubai star Caroline Stanbury has been slammed by online trolls after sharing the results of her recent facial surgery.

The 47-year-old reality TV star flaunted her new face two weeks after her shocking surgery in a post on Friday.

Many of her followers objected to the change and left comments under her photo, claiming that it “ruined her beautiful face.”

“The facelift doesn’t look good,” one person wrote, while another added: “I like the way it looked before.”

Another person commented: “Mmm, she looks terrible now. She was really beautiful the way she was. I’m sad about that.”

“Her mouth looks like a cartoon.” “All that money ruined her beautiful face,” another fan said.

Others said she was too young to have a full facelift, while another person wrote: “Too much! Stop all the injections and plastic surgery.”

Caroline revealed last week that she had plastic surgery in Los Angeles “without any information at all.”

Since returning to the UK, she has appeared on her podcast Uncut and Uncensored with her Spanish husband Sergio Carrallo, 29, who is 18 years her junior.

Footage shared from the podcast on their Instagram last week shows her covering her face with huge sunglasses while holding her hood and microphone in front of her.

“I decided to have a facelift without any information at all,” the social star admitted on the podcast. I went through that surgery like I was removing a mole.

Caroline, who once dated Prince Andrew, was distraught and unrecognizable in the days following her plastic surgery, but has recently come to terms with her new look since her recovery.
