The Packers list four questionable, and five are questionable to play against the Vikings

GREEN BAY — The Packers listed four players as questionable and five as questionable on Sunday night against the Minnesota Vikings.

The four questionable players are safety Darnell Savage (shoulder), receiver Dontaevion Weeks (chest/ankle), defensive lineman TJ Slaton (knee/foot), and cornerback Robert Rochell (neck).

The five questionable are receiver Christian Watson (hamstring), linebackers DeVondre Campbell (neck), Luke Musgrave (collegiate), running back Emmanuel Wilson (shoulder) and tackle Luke Tenuta (ankle).

Musgrave, Wilson and Tenuta will need to be activated to the 53-man roster from injured reserve in order to play. Wilson and Tenuta's involvement was fully appreciated this week, while Musgrave was limited.

Of the five questionable, Weeks was the only one who did not practice this week after suffering a chest injury at the end of the second quarter against the Panthers.

“It's going to be a conversation to see where he's at and then test him before the game,” head coach Matt LaFleur said when asked about whether Weeks could play Sunday without practice.

Receiver Jayden Reed (chest/toe) has not received game status and is expected to play Sunday. The second-round rookie missed his first game of the season last Sunday at Carolina but returned to practice this week in a limited capacity.

Reed needs one catch to tie Sterling Sharpe's 35-year-old record for most receptions by a Packers rookie (55).

The Vikings have ruled out cornerback Byron Murphy (knee), receiver Jalen Naylor (concussion), defensive tackle Jaclyn Roy (ankle) and safety Theo Jackson (toe).

Receiver Jordan Addison (ankle), cornerback Mekhi Blackmon (shoulder/illness) and linebacker Troy Day (wrist) are questionable.

“He's a guy that we obviously spent a lot of time monitoring and then to see what he was able to do over the course of the season was very impressive,” Addison's LaFleur said. “He's just a guy who creates a lot of problems because you can't completely rule out one guy because he has other people to go to.”

Minnesota has not released game status for the following players expected to be available: defensive tackle Sheldon Day (ankle), running back Alexander Mattison (ankle), defensive tackle Harrison Phillips (back), tackle Brian O'Neill (ankle) and linebacker Evan Pace Jr. (ankle). shoulder).
