The Hills Snack Bar food truck announces its grand opening
It’s been years since someone said they’d ordered a hot dog or an ICEE from a snack bar in the Hills, but plans announced Monday will bring it all back. Green Garden Plaza in Aliquipa. The Snack Bar said on social media that this was the site of a former store in the Hills, or “our old Hills”. The food cart will be set up at Miller and Son’s Chevrolet dealership during lunchtime. The Snack Bar plans to stay open for three hours starting at noon. Last month, the food truck received the news that it had passed the government health inspection. The Snack Bar held a soft launch over the weekend in Independence City, where they posed for a photo with their first official customer. “Thank you again for all the support and encouragement to get us here,” the snack bar said in its message Monday. “Hope to see you all there!”
