Disney Television Group President Craig Erwich revealed in a recent interview with Deadline that Murders only in the building The trio of Charles Haden (Martin), Oliver (Short) and Mabel (Gomez) will kick off the new season with a trip to Los Angeles before returning to The Arconia in their search for Sazz's (Jane Lynch) killer. Sazz has been Charles Haden Savage's (Martin) stunt double since his years on the series Brazos It will be revived in 2020.

Murders only in the building It follows three strangers (Martin, Short, and Gomez) who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves involved in one. When a grisly murder occurs inside their exclusive Upper West Side apartment building, the trio suspect murder and use their intimate knowledge of true crime to investigate the truth.
