Jordyn Bahl transfers from Papillion to Nebraska softball

Jordyn Bahl from Papillion is coming home. Bahl announced Thursday morning that she is transferring to Nebraska Softball. “After two years of great memories, I’m excited for two more individuals representing the Nebraska Cornhuskers. This state, these people, and this N are them,” Pahl wrote on Twitter. Earlier this week, the Papillion-La Vista graduate said she was transferring from Oklahoma after two seasons with the Sooners. He was named Women’s College World Series Player of the Year while helping Oklahoma win the championship.In 2023, Bahl was 22-1 with a 0.90 ERA and 192 strikeouts.She was named the NFCA Freshman of the Year in 2022 with a 22-1 record and 1.09 ERA with 205 strikeouts.

Last week, Bahl was named the Most Valuable Player of the Women’s College World Series while helping Oklahoma win the tournament.
