What fantasy managers should expect from Javonte Williams

Stefania Bell discusses whether fantasy managers expect Javonte Williams to play this week against the Jets.

Who should you start with? Who should you sit with? To help you set your fantasy football lineups and avoid starting an offensive player who won’t be in the lineup, we’ll post fantasy-related updates and analysis here when NFL teams release their official inactive rosters. Any ratings mentioned in this column come from our website ESPN Fantasy staff ranks.

Official inactive attendance on Sunday must begin approximately 90 minutes prior to scheduled kickoff times: approximately 8 AM ET for the London game, 11:30 AM ET for early games, and 2:30 PM ET for late afternoon games.

Update frequently to get the latest information.

Games are at 4 p.m. ET

Keyontae Ingram, RB, AriDoubtful
Impact: If he sits, Imari Demercado and Corey Clement will support James Conner.

T Higgins, WR, CINDoubtful
Impact: Not expected to play. Kwamie Lassiter II was promoted from the practice squad.

Javonte Williams, RB, DENDoubtful
Impact: Although he says he feels fine, a groin injury doesn’t bode well for playing time. It’s a game time call. Jalil McLaughlin could be given a chance to handle leadership duties.

Cooper Kupp, WR, LARIt is infrared activated
Impact: He is expected to play without any restrictions. Both Puka Nakoa and Tutu Atuel should see less action than before, but not necessarily much less.

Rashad Penny, RB, PHIDoubtful
Impact: He’s been medically inactive several times this season, so the fact that he’s dealing with an illness gives Philadelphia a real reason this time around.

Sunday night game

Elijah Mitchell, RB, SFOutside
Effect: May be absent for some time. Jordan Mason will be the replacement for Christian McCaffrey.

9:30 AM ET

Z Jones, WR, Jacksactive
Impact: He has been out since Week 2 but has finally been able to return to action. Jamal Agnew is also active. Expectations of the temperamental imagination of both.

Games are at 1 p.m. ET

Judge Hill, RB, BALactive
Impact: Limited in practice but we should see at least some action behind Gus Edwards.

Odell Beckham Jr., WR, BALactive
IMPACT: WR Rashod Bateman was removed from the injury report earlier in the week and will also start.

Jahmir Gibbs, RB, DETInactive
Impact: With Gibbs unable to play, expect David Montgomery to have a big day.

Amun-Ra St. Brown, WR, DETInactive
IMPACT: Josh Reynolds and Calif Raymond will likely start at WR for the Lions, although Reynolds (active) is out with a groin injury. Jameson Williams should also see some action, though his conditioning (or rather lack thereof, following his suspension) will limit his snaps.

John Michie III, WR, HOUactive
Impact: He might challenge Robert Woods for some goals as the No. 3 player on the team.

Jonathan Taylor, RB, INDactive
Impact: He will play but may be kept on the fast count to help facilitate his return to play.

Raymondre Stevenson, RB, NEactive
Impact: Even though he was limited in training all week, he will give it a try.

Joan Johnson, TE, NOOutside
Impact: Jimmy Graham and Foster Morrow could see some extra goals.

Derek Carr, QB, NOactive
Impact: His shoulder is obviously still bothering him, but he played in Week 4. It will start this week.

Saquon Barkley, RB, NYGInactive
Effect: It is said that it is approaching but is still not ready. Matt Breida hasn’t done much in the weeks Barkley has been out.

Pat Freiermuth, TE, PITOutside
Impact: Not surprising, given the upcoming bye week. Darnell Washington will start in his place.

Trelon Burks, WR, TENOutside
IMPACT: Kyle Phillips returns from IR and will try to fill the void.
