Royal family
“Real Housewives” who? Self-proclaimed “Conspiracy Kate” Andy Cohen is all about the royal drama these days.
While talking about Kate Middleton conspiracy theories on Friday's episode of his show “The Father's Diaries Podcast” The Bravo executive addressed speculation that Prince William and Lady Rose Hanbury had something to do with the Princess of Wales's months-long absence from the spotlight.
“It seems it all goes back to this Lady Rose who he was having an affair with — and with whom he allegedly had an affair,” Cohen said, referring to rumors that resurfaced in 2019 about William and the Marchioness of Cholmondeley.
“Don't forget he cut it [Middleton] “After they dated for years and sowed his wild oats for a while and then they went back to her,” the 55-year-old Watch What Happens Live host continued.
Cohen went on to describe William, 41, as his “daddy.” [son]King Charles III also cheated on Princess Diana with his current wife, Queen Camilla.
But Hanbury called the infidelity rumors “completely false” through her lawyer.
Social media users have wondered about Middleton's health since Kensington Palace announced last January that she was recovering from abdominal surgery.
Although she is not expected to return to the public eye until after Easter, the Princess of Wales, 42, was photographed at a farm in Windsor last weekend following concern over a heavily edited Mother's Day photo in the UK of her and her children. All three.
Cohen, who made headlines on Monday by tweeting “that's not Kate” in response to photos of farmers at the market, confirmed on his podcast on Friday that “those were old photos.”
He claimed, “Those weren't pictures from the farm stand. … The comments on those pictures say Kate took the picture last August, blah, blah. It's a lie.”
“The Sun said she was at the farm stand with the children after watching a football match looking happy and healthy, but there was no one at the football match or the farm stand [saw her]“And oh, that’s totally believable.” “Are you also recovering from esophageal surgery or are you going to go to the games and the farm stand? Which is it?”
Cohen called the scandal “so bizarre” that he had to read “all the theories on Twitter.”
The Emmy winner also threw Charles, 75, into the mix and asked “where is…the f**king weirdo” since his cancer diagnosis was revealed in February.
Cohen isn't the only celebrity spreading conspiracy theories about the royal family, which he believes is fair game after “cruel” headlines about Meghan Markle over the years.
Real Housewives of Orange County co-star Meghan King even hired a psychic to find out the truth about Middleton's whereabouts, with the psychic claiming the princess had an “affair” and that something “worse” happened when she underwent surgery.
Middleton's rep told Page Six exclusively last month that the prince was “doing well,” while William's spokesperson said the Prince of Wales was focusing on “work and not social media.”
Middleton also spoke out earlier this month to apologize for the Mother's Day photo.
“Like many amateur photographers, I occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion caused by the family photo we shared yesterday,” she wrote on X.
