DUkrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has urged the international community to unite against Russia's aggression, given uncertain military aid next year. “Russian terrorism must be defeated. Terrorism must always fail. All of us in the free world must ensure this together,” Zelenskyj said in his evening video address on Thursday, shortly before the end of the year.
