Some new images of fake units of the iPhone SE 4 have been shared by a Japanese Apple blog Makotakara Today, we’re showing off a similar form factor to the iPhone 14, as we expected. The blog also highlights compatibility with existing iPhone 14 cases, and the alleged larger size option – which is unlikely to come to fruition.

Makotakara It regularly shares mock units of upcoming iPhone models, often offering some sort of insight into what to expect from future iPhones. This year is no different, and the mockups line up with all previous rumours.
The fake units have a single rear camera, a mute key instead of an action button, and a smaller Face ID notch at the top.
The dimensions of the phantom unit are 146.7mm x 71.5mm x 7.8mm, which is identical to the current iPhone 14. According to the blog, the soft TPU cases for the iPhone 14 fit well, although the camera cutout is excessive, as was the case with the iPhone 14. A dual-camera setup, versus the single camera of the upcoming iPhone SE 4.
They also point out that the mute key seems a bit smaller than the iPhone 14, even though the volume buttons and side button are almost the same.
Larger size option: Not likely
according to BlogThere also appears to be a larger size option, the same size as the iPhone 14 Plus (which they incorrectly refer to as 6.5 inches, is actually 6.7 inches).
It’s unlikely that this will actually translate into anything, given the fact that there haven’t been any reports previously regarding a larger size option for the upcoming iPhone SE 4. Although it would be an interesting move, it is something that has been speculated for a long time – it may not be the case. It doesn’t happen.
Makotakara It claims that the “final exact design and size expansion” have not yet been determined, and that there is a “possibility” that there will only be one size.
I would say there is probably only one size. Generally, new Apple products that are never rumored don’t appear late in development, and if a larger iPhone SE 4 is on the way, it’s unlikely we’ll only learn about it for the first time. time.
There certainly won’t be a larger iPhone SE 4 when it launches in the spring, though there’s always the rare possibility it launches much later than the smaller model.
