Even though an explosion in Note 7 model has created some disturbance for the company, the popularity of the Note brand has been increasing. After the news came about the explosion on Samsung Note 7 model, Samsung had discontinued supplying the model.
On Saturday, Samsung announced that compared to other Note models, Note 8 recorded a high booking rate. In the US more customers have pre booked the Note 8 rather than its other Note models. The company has not disclosed the exact number yet.
The phone is equipped with stunning features. Its eye catching design will attract the customer. The phone also has superb camera quality. Notably, the device has equipped with 6.3-inch HD and AMOLED display, which will give you a resolution of 1440×2960. It is a curved display. The speed also looks great as it has Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It’s 12 MP Dual camera will give you pictures with more details. It has a metal frame and glass design on the back side. It is IP68 certified which will provide more water resistance power. The phone has come up with Midnight Black, Orchid Grey, Arctic Silver and Maple Gold. To create more room for its bezel free screen, the fingerprint scanner has been moved to the back side of the phone. It has a 3,000 mAh battery and has fast charging capability.
The pre-booking process for Samsung Note 8 was started by the company on August 24th. It is the most expensive smartphone that Samsung has ever produced. The cost of the phone is $930, that is nearly close to the price of Apple’s new upcoming phone iPhone 8. Samsung has also announced that anyone who will order Note 8 between August 24 to September 24 will be eligible to get a free Samsung Gear 360 camera or a free Galaxy Foundation kit having 128 GB EVO and microSD and a wireless charging unit. Anyone who is buying Note 8 by exchanging Note 7 will also be given a steep discount, the mobile company announced.
As per the company’s notification, the company has registered 400,000 pre-order in Korea. In Korea for Note 7 model, the company received around 380,000 pre-orders.
It will be an interesting competition between Apple and Samsung as Apple is also launching it’s iPhone 8 on September 12. The record breaking pre-orders show that the customers are very interested in buying the Note 8 model. The report has provided relief to Samsung.
