Samsung Galaxy S23 Android 14 firmware is now available on SamMobile!

Earlier today, Samsung finally started rolling out the stable Android 14 and One UI 6.0 update to the Galaxy S23 series, after weeks of beta testing that saw the company fix a lot of issues thanks to feedback from its users. Now that the update is available, new firmware files are available in SamMobile’s firmware database.

Galaxy S23 One UI 6.0 firmware is now available in the SamMobile database

Like any other update, once Android 14 (One UI 6.0) is available in your country, you can download it over the air by opening the Settings app on your phone, selecting system updateThen hit Download and install button. However, if you don’t want to wait for the over-the-air update and want to try the firmware flashing process manually, you can download the new firmware file from the SamMobile firmware library. It comes with firmware version S91xBXXU3BWJM It includes the October 2023 security patch.

Once you have downloaded the appropriate firmware file for your Galaxy S23 series device, you can flash it manually through a Windows computer and using the popular Odin tool. Make sure to back up all your data before starting the manual firmware flashing process.

One UI 6.0 features and improvements

The Android 14-based One UI 6.0 brings a lot of new features and UI changes to the Galaxy S23 series. Some of these improvements include a new design for the quick panel, a two-handed drag-and-drop method to move multiple files between apps, a new media player widget with a wave design, a new battery section in the Settings app, a new UI design for the Camera app, and new widgets.
