Microids publishes a tactical RPG for consoles and PC developed by French studio Savage Level

Microids have it announce A partnership with newly created French developer Savage Level for a new tactical RPG is currently in production and due for release for consoles and PC in 2024.

Founded by CEO Maxime Josse and Chief Creative Officer Aurelien Josse, Savage Level is made up of industry veterans who previously worked on titles like Battlefleet Gothic Armadathe Ghost Recon series, Tell me whyAnd Aliens: Dark Origin.

“We are excited to combine powers with the Savage Level and offer players a completely new innovative game,” Microids CEO Stefan Lungerd said in a press release. “Our collaboration with this studio made up of incredibly talented individuals is a testament to our will to support indie developers and deliver quality gaming experiences to all gamers. This passionate team came to us with a truly ambitious and fascinating project that will surely capture the heart of tactical RPG fans.”

“Our studio was created with the goal of creating engaging and innovative games in a healthy environment conducive to creativity,” added Savage Level co-founder and CEO Maxime Josse.

Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Aurelien Josse continued, “By working with Microids, we are able to realize our vision and look forward to revealing the amazing experience we are creating.”

The partnership with Savage Level is part of Microids’ publishing strategy to add more mid-core titles to its portfolio.
