Jadon Sancho is training away from the Manchester United first team after refusing to apologize to technical director Erik ten Hag. The athlete can reveal.

Sancho has been effectively ruled out of first-team training and will now not be considered for selection, starting with Brighton & Hove Albion’s visit to Old Trafford on Saturday, until a solution is reached.
A club statement on Thursday said: “Jadon Sancho will remain in a personal training program away from the first-team squad, pending resolution of the team discipline issue.”
Ten Hag said after the trip to the Emirates Stadium on September 3 that Sancho’s exclusion from the squad was due to his performances in the week leading up to the match.

Sancho later responded on Twitter, saying: “Please don’t believe everything you read! I won’t let anyone say things that are absolutely untrue. I performed myself in training very well this week.

“All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to my team. I respect all the decisions made by the coaching staff, I play with great players and I am grateful to do that, which I know is a challenge every week. I will continue to fight for this badge no matter what.” It happened!”
United were open to selling Sancho to Saudi Arabia before the transfer window closed last week, but the player declined to participate and instead traveled to New York for a holiday.
Prior to the Arsenal match, Sancho had featured in all three of United’s Premier League matches, with his last appearance coming against Nottingham Forest on 26 August.
Sancho joined United in an €85m deal from Borussia Dortmund in July 2021, and has since made 82 appearances for the club, scoring 12 goals.
