The stand reported that the officer then determined there was probable cause to arrest Combs, who was taken into custody on suspicion of drink driving.

Combs was subsequently booked in connection with a misdemeanor DUI, with his bond set at $5,000, the outlet reported.

He was subsequently released on his own bond, American sun reported Sunday afternoon.

Diddy, 53, greeted Justin on December 30, 1993 with his ex, Misa Hilton, 50, in Mount Vernon, New York.

After playing college football at UCLA, he graduated from the university in 2016 and has embarked on a number of business endeavors in the entertainment industry.

As an actor, he has been seen in the TV series Power Book II: Ghost and Respectfully Justin and in the 2016 movie Date with a Hammer.

He has producer credits on TV shows including Respectfully Justin and The Crew League.

Diddy is the father of Justin, 29, King, 25, Christian, 24, Chance, 17, twins Jesse and Delilah, 16, and baby daughter Love, six months. He also adopted Quincy Taylor Brown, 32, son of the late Kim Porter and singer LB for sure!

Comb’s father, Sean Diddy Combs, sued alcoholic beverage company Diageo late last month, claiming that his brand of vodka and tequila was denied a promised investment.

He also claimed that his labels were marketed as “urban” products allegedly inferior to high-status alcoholic beverages.

The lawsuit, filed by Combs Wine & Spirits, filed in New York Supreme Court in Manhattan, alleges that Diageo North America allowed its Ciroc vodka and DeLeon tequila labels to wilt on the vine, even though other celebrity labels received significant support.

For example, Diageo bought George Clooney and Rande Gerber’s buzzy Casamigos brand for $1 billion in 2017.

Combs even claimed that executives at the liquor giant told him the limited urban neighborhood distribution model was set because he was black.

He also alleged in his filing that some company executives resented him for his wealth.
