Get Xenoblade Chronicles 3 for $44.97
I’m pitching Xenoblade Chronicles 3 to any Switch owner who’s finished with Tears of the Kingdom and needs another massive world to get lost in. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 doesn’t tout the same open-world exploration as TotK (I mean, what else doesn’t it?), but its massive world, insane story, and memorable cast of characters more than worth its price tag. As long as you can handle the massive runtime, this is a long game.
Sackboy: Big Adventure costs $20.99
I still maintain that Sackboy: A Big Adventure is one of the most underrated games of this generation. It’s a very exhilarating 3D platform game similar to Super Mario 3D World, and it’s a great experience to play with friends. It has incredible Rayman Legends licensed music levels, truly iconic bosses, a great original soundtrack, and clever platforming challenges throughout its entire run. If you haven’t picked it up after all these years, it’s still worth your time.

GTA 5 and Red Dead 2 are on sale for $20 each
Both Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto V are on sale today at Best Buy. These are two of the greatest open-world games ever made, and while the wait for Grand Theft Auto 6 may be a long time, these two games have more than enough content to get you going. I’m playing through Red Dead Redemption 2 for the first time right now, and I’m blown away by its attention to detail and organic exploration and discovery. I find it a great follow-up to Kingdom Tears, which I was worried would make every other game look unappealing after completion. But Red Dead 2 keeps the good times going, and I really recommend it.
