Chiefs Training Camp notes from August 18

Thursday morning , Kansas City Chiefs Their seventeenth (and last) full boot camp 2022 training in their field of practice took place at Western Missouri State University in St. Joseph, Missouri.

Wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Mecole Hardman (thigh), defensive tackle Chris Jones (back), tight end Blake Bell (hip flexion) and Lucas Niang tackle (knee), all missed the final day of training camp. After missing training on Wednesday, jogger Jerrick McKinnon (hamstring) and long-shooter James Winchester (personal) are back on the court.

With training camp behind them, the Chiefs will be off on Friday. On Saturday, the team’s second pre-season game will now be available. It will be against Washington’s leaders in Arrowhead Stadium. Kick-off is set to 3 PM (arrowhead timing). Practices (then at the team’s training facility at the Truman Sports Complex) will resume Monday.

Arrowhead Pride editor-in-chief Pete Sweeney was among the other chiefs to beat up reporters and TV crews, watching everything that happened on the final day. Pete notes Already posted on Twitter.
