Baldur’s Gate 3 players are fascinated by the new epilogue with prominent developers joining the game

Baldur’s Gate 3 players have been thrilled with the new epilogue that features a prominent developer making an important cameo.

Larian Studio’s CRPG Baldur’s Gate 3 has become a gaming monument in 2023. The game has seen incredible levels of critical and commercial acclaim, with players falling in love with the characters, story, and world. Those like Astarion and Karlach violated the discourse of popular culture, digging deep into the hearts of gamers.

And the developers have no plans to stop updates with Baldur’s Gate 3. Larian Studios has put a lot of effort into iteratively working on patching the game with quality of life features, new story content, and bug fixes to ensure the player base remains saturated.

In the latest Patch 5 update, players were particularly happy to see the studio highlighting one of the important developers who composed the game’s many and varied melodies.

Wither is hosting a grand ancient party, inviting the gods of the Forgotten Realms to honor you and your journey. The Composer appears as the God of Music in the Forgotten Realm, Milil, who performs for you.

Slavov has been working with Larian for some time, also composing works for Divinity Original Sin 2, and now their score for Baldur’s Gate 3 has been nominated for Best Score at the 2023 Game Awards.

And of course, in typical Baldur’s Gate 3 fashion, the player can deduce Milil’s true identity by speaking to them and passing a religion check. Alternatively, they can use trickery to flatter him and get him to play different tunes from the Baldur’s Gate 3 soundtrack.

Although we didn’t get an official confirmation, the composer coyly responded on Twitter, hinting that their appearance might be more than an accident.
