A Fortnite player has revealed how to instantly deal 10k damage to Pandora's Box using an underutilized item that players had no idea would be so effective.
A giant magma-covered hand has penetrated the Fortnite map to lure players with a Pandora's Box chained from its fingertips.
This has caused chaos for Fortnite players, with some banding together in a ceasefire to attempt to shoot the breakable chains, while others camp out outside the mini-event to kill players trying to free Pandora's Box.

One player reported their surprise on social media and posted a clip of them throwing a grenade at Pandora's Box. It exploded and did 10k damage to the chains.

The video showed the player fearlessly standing on top of Pandora's Box while throwing a grenade at the box's lid.

This exploded, sending the player flying backwards, but also dealing a massive 10k damage.
Upon seeing the clip, players doubted the validity of the trick, but were positively surprised after trying it in-game for themselves.
“Surprisingly this isn't misinformation,” one person said. “I got the information and had to try it myself. I'm surprised it hasn't been posted here already [Reddit] “But I shared the information,” the original poster explained.

While some were thrilled after discovering a new and easier way to deal damage in the mini-event, others felt they had wasted their time so far.
