NFL Week 11 Picks Briscoe: Patriots sweep Jets; Vikings stay hot vs. Cowboys; The Eagles are fighting for the edge over the Colts

For some strange reason, I can’t move forward with my choices, especially when it comes to me CBSSports.com Expert picks. I’m under 0.500 and it’s getting worse every week. I was 5-9 last week, which brings my record down to 67-77-6.

This is the bad news.

The good news is that I went 5-1 with my best bets as part of the Pick-Six Podcast, which brings my record to 34-23-2 for the season. I will take that.

My straight picks were 8-6 to bring that record up to 85-64-1, which isn’t terrible. But it’s time to do a better job at expert picks. I’m trying to lose weeks.

Latest possibilities:

Green Bay Packers -3

The Packers had a season-saving victory against Cowboys In overtime on Sunday, the offensive is showing signs of life. Titans won over Bronco, despite having a host of injuries in defence. This indicates their strength. This is a tough turnaround, though, and I think the Pack carries its momentum from beating the Cowboys.

Atlanta Falcons -3

The Falcons will rest a bit after playing last Thursday, and they’re still alive in the divisional race. The Rams have major issues and now they will have to play without Cooper Cobb after he suffered an ankle injury. But back home I think that will change. Look for a big game from Alvin Kamara as the Saints win it.
