Samsung has launched its new smartphones last week and costumers of Galaxy S9 series are coming with an issue. The issue is about the smartphone screens not responding to the touch.
The customers of Samsung Galaxy S9 series are coming with numerous complaints on the official Samsung forums and all over the Reddit. The S9 series customers describe how the portions of their Samsung Galaxy S9 series are not working when they are touching the screen. It seems that the touch input panel of the screen is not working properly for the S9 models. Some people even posted some videos and GIFs showing the defects in the Galaxy S9 series.
We can see the problems that a customer is facing from in this video. The video shows us a long vertical bar which is present on the phone’s screen is not taking the touch or not responding to the touch of the customers. This issue is not fixed to one region of the screen because it is seen that other groups of peoples are saying about the dead zones in the top or bottom of the screens. This is an issue is present in all models of the Galaxy S9 series or a batch of the series is not confirmed by Samsung. Samsung has said that it is looking at the issue and trying to fix it very soon.

We looking into a limited number of reports of Galaxy S9 series touchscreen responsiveness issues. “he added that the customers who are facing this problem may contact directly at 1-800-SAMSUNG.
Android Police reported that some peoples tried to fix this issue by turning up the screen’s touch sensitivity or by doing a factory reset, and others have returned their phones to Samsung centers to replace it.
