Despite these results, the visiting Patriots are favored to win this match. One reason for that could be Bill Belichick’s 8-3 record against Mike Tomlin’s Steelers side, along with the fact that Defensive Player of the Year T.J. Watt will miss this game after sustaining an injury last week.
Sunday’s game features an interesting quarterback match between Mac Jones and Mitch Trubisky. Besides last week’s loss, Jones suffered a back injury while also missing training time due to illness. Trubisky, who put in modest numbers on his debut with the Steelers, is hoping for more deep shots after failing to make his mark in several big play attempts last week.
