Sabrina Carpenter will host a holiday musical variety special on Netflix, featuring “unexpected duets and comedic guests.”
“A Nonsense Christmas With Sabrina Carpenter” will air on the streaming platform on December 6 at 6 p.m. PT. The aforementioned special guests have not yet been announced.
Carpenter will perform songs from her holiday-themed mini-album “Fruitcake” as well as other Christmas classics. If viewers are still on the pop princess’s cutesy list, she may also perform songs from her new album “Short n’ Sweet,” such as “Espresso,” “Please Please Please” and “Taste.” She may even perform a closing verse dedicated to her ever-changing hit “Nonsense.”
“The holidays have always been special to me,” Carpenter said in a statement. “I’m excited to bring my perspective to a classic holiday entertainment show — incorporating my love of music and comedy into something uniquely my own.”
Carpenter’s new album, “Short n’ Sweet,” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200, with diverse “The album proves that Carpenter is not only a multi-faceted singer, but also a multi-dimensional star,” the company announced.

Carpenter is producing “A Nonsense Christmas” in association with OBB Pictures under the At Last Productions banner.
