Pete Davidson It’s officially taking off, not just in celebrity status – but in space too… because he’s now got the launch date for the next manned flight Jeff Bezos He sends up in the air… and he’s learned who his fellow passengers will be, too.
It was announced Monday… Pete will join 5 others on the upcoming mission, which is scheduled to reach the skies and beyond on March 23 (next Wednesday) in West Texas. It will be Blue Origin’s fourth human flight.
As for who he goes with – all of whom are paying customers btw – he’s going to join Party America’s CEO’s house Marty AllenHusband and wife duo Sharon And the Mark Hagelentrepreneur Jim Kitchen and Commercial Space Technologies Prez Dr. George Nield.
And of course…there is a house, which he told us Conversations continued with Bezos About the possibility of returning in January, when having dinner With the man in Los Angeles
Another great thing about this trip, specifically, is that it will incorporate an element for kids – that is, through a program called Postcards to Space… which is published by Blue Origin, the club of the future. It’s actually quite elegant.
Basically, students write postcards they want to see in the stars, and Blue Origin provides the car to realize their dreams in orbit… All the different passengers carry. The whole idea is to encourage young people to join STEM fields while they pursue their education.
Pete will join a growing list of celebrities who have already stepped up, including Michael Strahan And the William Shatner. Bezos himself too go up During the initial manned flight.
Exciting stuff, no doubt!
