Packers Quarterback Aaron Rodgers Likely to take the first seat in the center carousel, Seattle Russell Wilson could be the second.

But for now at least, it doesn’t look like Wilson will be leaving the Pacific Northwest.

After Wilson said in an interview with the TODAY Show on Tuesday that he loves Seattle which is great, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll at the NFL Scouting Combine said Wednesday that the team has no intention of trading Wilson.

Although Carroll noted that general manager John Schneider is open to discussing anyone on the roster, including the team’s top players.

“At this time of year, there are conversations about everyone. We talk about everyone,” Carroll said. “And it’s common for us to have conversations with teams about all the players – especially the top players. This has not changed. It’s been the same every year we’ve been here. So it is the same as it was. We have no intention of making any move there. But in conversations, John must feel these – he always has been. But nothing is specific to that.”

In 2021, the Seahawks finished with their first losing record since Wilson took charge in 2012. The Seattles have been in the playoffs in three of the past four years. But the club hasn’t returned to the NFC Championship game since losing Super Bowl XLIX to the Patriots.
