Leaked renders of the upcoming Nokia 9 flagship have surfaced on the web, allegedly revealing key aspects of handset’s design. Notably, the latest set of renders fall in line with earlier leaks of the handset

According to the leaked renders, the Nokia 9 is expected to flaunt the increasingly popular bezel-free design language. The renders were come courtesy of OnLeaks, giving us an idea about key design elements of the upcoming flagship. Going by the renders, the Nokia 9 is expected to come with a bezel-free display, like the Galaxy S8.

Elsewhere, the latest leaked renders also reveal another increasingly common trend adopted in modern day flagship smartphones. As in the renders, the Nokia 9 can be seen featuring a dual-lens primary camera setup, akin to the Nokia 8.

Also, renders suggest that the Nokia 9 will have its fingerprint sensor embedded on its back instead of the front. In addition, renders also suggest that the Nokia 9 won’t feature the classic 3.5mm jack.

The latest set of leaked renders come from a reliable source. Though it goes without saying that readers should take these images with a pinch of salt, as nothing is officially confirmed at the moment.

It’s also worth considering that HMD Global could be testing multiple prototypes of the handset, so one can’t be sure whether the latest renders showcase the handset’s final design. That said, its also worth noting that OnLeaks has an astounding track record with its past leaks.

The upcoming Nokia 9 has been in the rumor mill for quite sometime now. As per earlier leaks, the handset is expected to come with a 5.7-inch bezel-free display. Under the hood, the handset is expected to run the latest Snapdragon 835 processor bundled with 4GB of RAM and either 64/128GB of built-in storage. On the back, the flagship is expected to feature a dual-lens camera setup.

HMD Global is expected to unveil the Nokia 9 at the MWC 2018 in Barcelona, along with the rumoured Nokia 7 and Nokia 2 handsets.
