Netflix has revealed three more cast additions for the upcoming fifth and final season of Weird things:Neil Fisher (Bookworm, choose love.), Jake Conley and Alex Brix (Joe Beckett, Waiko: The Aftermath).

The live stream offers glimpses of the trio, new teammates. Weird things Cast member Linda Hamilton also returns. Weird things The stars share a behind-the-scenes video to celebrate Season 5 hitting the halfway mark of filming. You can watch it below.

The video offers some clues into the aftermath of the catastrophic event in the final episode of season four, where the Upside Down streams seeped into Hawkins. The town has not been taken over, and Hawkins High School, which the main characters attend, appears to be completely intact.

Ross Duffer, co-creator, executive producer and co-showrunner of the series alongside his brother Matt Duffer, marked the midpoint of production on Season 5 with an Instagram post on July 3. “Week 24. Happy 50th Anniversary to the best cast ever,” he wrote alongside a photo of the cast and crew and a video featuring star Finn Wolfhard.

While season five will bring Weird things In the end, the franchise will continue. There is a theatrical show, Stranger Things: The First Shadowin London’s West End, along with an as-yet-untitled animated spin-off series in production at Netflix.
