Monster Hunter world has launched a major new update for the PS4 and Xbox One. The update is to add the first monster to the game named Deviljho along with some balance changes for almost every weapon type in the game.

Deviljho is a monster from the previous game and it poses a serious challenge. Deviljho character is not shy to fight around with other monsters and even use its mouth as a weapon to fight. This poses a serious challenge for the players.

The arrival of new monster also marks with the arrival of new gear to acquire. The players will also able to access new Deviljho weapons and High-rank armor. Some other improvements in the game are about reducing the load times, new options in the “Select Return Destination” menu and other option to kick someone from the player’s list.

The weapon balance updates include the Greatsword whose Charged Slash II and III damage increased and Strong Charged Slash II and II damage also increased. Along with these, the Long Sword Foresight Slash time window , hitbox to trigger , damage hitbox  and  the angle that the player can control the direction of the attack is increased.

The Roundslash damage increased for the Sword and Shield. The Dual Blades for the Demon Gauge is updated by Demon Mode around slashes and Demon Flurry Rush. The other updates for the weapons include Hunting Horn, Lance, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, Insect Glaive, and Bow.

The additional updates include there is no interruption for the attacks from allies during carving animation. The game version number is added to the title screen and this update is for PS4:2.00 and Xbox One 2.0.0.0.
