US forces have again bombed Houthi positions in Yemen. US Central Command Centcom reported that 15 targets of the Iran-backed group were hit.

Al-Masira TV, considered a mouthpiece of the Houthi rebels, had previously reported on the attacks. There were no reports of casualties or damage.

Obviously military base And the airport among the destinations

The targets of the attacks were the capital Sanaa, the western port city of Hodeidah, and Tamar and Muqairas, south of Sanaa, Al-Masira reported. Sana’a was reportedly hit four times and Hodeidah seven times. At least one attack was launched against Tamar and Muqairaz. AFP news agency reported the explosions in Sana’a and Hodeidah.

The AP news agency, citing Yemeni media, reported that the airstrikes hit the airport in Hodeidah and the Khatib area, which is home to a Houthi military base. In Sana’a, targets were reportedly hit in Sejana district.

London was not involved in the attacks

“This aggression against the capital and Yemeni regions after solidarity marches for Lebanon and Gaza is a desperate attempt to terrorize our people,” said the Houthi leader in Al-Masira. Yemen will not allow itself to be intimidated and will “resist the enemy with all its might.”

The Houthis blamed the United States and Great Britain for the attack. However, the Ministry of Defense in London said the Royal Air Force was not involved in strikes in Yemen.

Recently, the Houthis attacked Tel Aviv

Since the Gaza war broke out, Houthi fighters have continued to fire rockets and drones at Israeli targets and ships in the Red Sea. According to its own reports, it recently carried out drone strikes on the Israeli coastal city of Tel Aviv and fired cruise missiles at Israel.

Like the Lebanese Hezbollah, the Houthis are part of an Iranian-led “axis of resistance” against Israel, which also includes Hamas, the radical Islamist Palestinian organization in the Gaza Strip. After Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah was killed in an Israeli airstrike a week ago, Houthi fighters threatened Israel with further attacks.
