Mercedes-Benz, the international luxury carmaker has officially launched its most luxurious, and the grandest electric sedan on the planet – the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet. Yesterday, during the ongoing ‘Monterey Car Week’, the luxury automaker Mercedes-Benz revealed its keenly awaited latest concept car: ‘Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet’. The 18.7 feet long lavishing convertible concept is fuelled by electric-charged battery and looks completely stunning and grand.

Embedded with classic Art Deco magnitude, featuring a arched body, pouncing sidelines, a long and stretched hood, and a pinstriped suit-inspired radiator-style grille across the front, Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet gives a spectacular royal look. Just like the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 concept Mercedes, launched prior to the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in 2016, the Maybach 6 Cabriolet is also a grand electric-fuelled sedan which is almost 20 feet long.

Moreover, it also features a drive system that is capable of producing 750 horsepower and can run over 200 miles on a single charge. Like the coupe, the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet also features four electric motors that pump out a net system productivity of 750 horsepower. The concept is also able to hit almost 60 mph in less than four seconds. With the top speed of 155 mph, the grand sedan also features a driving range of more than 200 miles.

On the surface of the Concept, a shallow battery pack installed which can be juiced-up through an advanced quick-charge feature that according to Mercedes can add more than 60 miles of range in only five minutes. Likewise, the curvilinear drop-top of the car is ultra-finished with a Nautical Blue Metallic paint finishing which gives it a royal and magical look. Moreover, the car rides on four rose-gold new 24-inch centre-locked wheels which give it better protection and speed. Regarding styling elements, the Maybach 6 Cabriolet is also pinstriped with suit-inspired trellis and a curved character-line that runs all through the length of the car’s body.

According to the company, the vertical struts of the spectacular radiator lattice have gotten their design inspiration from pinstripe suit which is a personalised one. In its interior part, the sedan features an open-stoma wood floor, integrated with inlaid aluminium that highlights the lounge impression and the link to yachting. On the top of the 360-degree room, the display band connects with the doors, dashboard, as well as the rear portion of the car.

With its long point, tapered extremity, beautiful blue body paint and bright-white and wood-coated interior, the Mercedes-Maybach 6 Cabriolet looks much like a road-going sports yacht and can represent the royal look of the user. Designed with the aim of providing “ultimate luxury of cars in the future”, the latest luxury auto from Mercedes-Benz is not less than a game changer for the global automobile market.
