Sprint has officially confirmed that the LG V30+ smartphone will land in its stores on October 13. Not only that, the carrier has also announced a new deal that can get you the handset for free.

The LG V30+ will be a Sprint exclusive, and will be offered at $38 per month under the company’s Flex plan. Under the plan, Sprint is offering anew leasing deal giving customers a chance to get a second leased phone without having to pay anything.

Both new customers as well as those who upgrade their current Flex plan are eligible for the deal. While buyers who order the handset online can also avail a Google DayDream VR headset along with VR content bundle as a part of the LG V30+ launch. The +/plus addition to the handset in this case stands for additional storage at 128GB, compared to 64GB found on the LG V30.

However, other key specs remain the same which include a 6-inch Quad HD+ bezel-less display. Under the hood, the handset gets powered by the Snapdragon 835 processor bundled with 4GB of RAM. The handset also comes with an expandable microSD slot up to 2TB.

The LG V30+ will also come bundled LG QuadPlay earphones that feature LG’s proprietory Quad Layer Speaker Technology that promises both precise and clear audio. The smartphone also incorporates 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC powered by Bang & Olufsen. Besides, the handset also features the Master Quality Authenticated (MQA) technology for delivering high-resolution audio streaming.

The LG V30+ is also a Daydream-ready smartphone, which means you can use it to immerse yourself in the mobile VR platform of Google, with the Daydream View VR headset.

In the camera department, the phone feature wide-angle cameras for making the pictures and videos sharper and superior. It has a rear dual-camera setup, where one wide-angle snapper has13 megapixels sensor with f/1.9 aperture, while the other is a16 megapixels shooter with f/1.6 aperture.
