The Lebanese resistance movement Hezbollah carried out new retaliatory operations against Israel, targeting several military sites belonging to the regime.
On Friday, the Israeli army confirmed that more than ten soldiers were killed during its ground attack in southern Lebanon.
Hezbollah said in separate statements issued on Friday that it targeted gatherings of Israeli forces in several different locations north of the occupied territories with missiles and artillery shells.
A Hezbollah statement said, “The missile and air forces of the Islamic Resistance continue to target military bases and settlements deep in northern occupied Palestine, with increasing intensity every day.”
The statement stated, “All of these military operations carried out by the Islamic Resistance were carried out in high-level, comprehensive and real coordination between the resistance leadership and the operations room, extending to the fighters stationed on the front lines.” .
The group also announced that it had thwarted several Israeli attempts to infiltrate Lebanese territory.
It is noteworthy that the Israeli enemy army, days after announcing what it called a ground maneuver in southern Lebanon, was unable to display its tanks and military vehicles on the Lebanese side for fear of targeting them, and instead stationed them in “hidden sites,” Hezbollah’s statement said.
“Until the moment of this statement, the Israeli enemy has not been able to control any of the strategic hills it is trying to reach, and has limited itself to reaching some homes on the outskirts of some border villages simply for filming and media organization.” Visits,” he said.
“The Israeli enemy army uses settler homes in some settlements in northern occupied Palestine as gathering points for its officers and soldiers, and its military bases that manage the aggression against Lebanon are located within settlement neighborhoods in major cities such as Haifa, Tiberias, Acre, and others.”
He added, “These homes and military bases are targets of the Islamic Resistance Forces’ missile and air strikes.” Therefore, we warn the settlers to avoid these military gatherings in order to preserve their safety until further notice.”
Earlier, Hezbollah announced air strikes against the occupied Golan Heights, Haifa and Kiryat Shmona.
She said that the attacks came in response to Israeli strikes against Lebanese towns, villages and civilians, as well as in support of the Palestinians in Gaza and their resistance.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health said that more than 2,141 people have been killed and 10,099 injured in the Israeli attack on Lebanon, including dozens of children and dozens of women, since October 2023.
