Finally, Capcom explains what a “deluxe remaster” actually is, then asks which of its series they want to get the next one.

Capcom is the nosy company in town. The studio ran a poll asking players what they wanted after the release of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster. It’s kind of like the time it asked if you wanted more Resident Evil remakes, or when it asked if you wanted the Dragon’s Dogma 2 DLC, or when it asked if you wanted more Ace Attorney, or when it asked if you wanted more Resident Evil remakes (2020).

In a group of Questions posted online (via In GCCapcom asked fans what they thought of the Dead Rising 1 remaster it released last week. But in between all the questions about what exact aspect of the remaster — whether it was Frank West’s hyper-detailed face or the new 3D audio — enticed players to buy the game in the first place, the company is also keen to know if you might be tempted to buy another game under the “deluxe remaster” label it invented out of thin air.
