According to British military experts, the number of operational flights of Russian warplanes over Ukraine has increased over the past two weeks, especially in the south of the country. According to the Ministry of Defense in London’s daily intelligence report on the war in Ukraine, this was a reaction to an increase in Ukrainian offensive activity.
Russian air forces tried to use it to support their ground forces. Despite the increase, the number is still less than the 300 missions at the start of the war. The south of the country was often more accessible to Russian air forces than other front divisions. The Russian military increasingly uses glide bombs, for example, which make long-range attacks possible.
