Bray Wyatt’s feud with Bobby Lashley got off to a strong start for Bray Wyatt

Who knows what we’ll get in the end WrestleMania 39 (Cinnamon Toast Crunch, anyone?), but for now it looks like Bray Wyatt and Bobby Lashley will be closing in on SoFi Stadium on April 1 or 2.

That story began last Friday with Wyatt challenging the winner of the Judicial DepartmentLashley’s match against Brock Lesnar, Bobby dropping Bray’s name raw After winning by disqualification last Saturday, then this one smack down Last night (February 24th):

At this point, I’ll admit that I’ve lost a thread on Wyatt’s lore since his return four months ago in Strict rules. However, Firefly Fun House’s jarring mix of kids’ show and creepy crawly with splashes of Adult Swim-y anti-comedy is my favorite thing Bray does. So I enjoyed this a lot, although I have no idea where it’s going, or that I believe it’s going to be part of a satisfying story when we get anywhere (which I feel about about 75% of the horror movies I watch too).

It’s already sent some online wrestling fans down white rabbit holes looking for clues, and it’s what made the lead-up to his comeback last year a buzz financial success. Theories surrounding wrestling net include:

• The Undertaker & Wyatt’s action figure battle wasn’t just a callback to their moment on Raw XXX. Some believe that the hands that were playing with the shapes belonged to Alexa Bliss, indicating her imminent return to the Bray flock.

• Fun House News’ flash update about a dragon rising from the sea with seven horns and ten crowns is an invitation to 2016 promo Bray delivered ahead of schedule roadblock match with Lesnar. On the PPV, that became a two-on-one handicap match with Luke Harper (aka Brodie Lee) where Wyatt stayed out while he got some licks against the beast, but lost in the end…which I guess could mean we’d finally see Uncle Howdy Wrestle at ‘Mania?

• Speaking of Howdy, his weather report message – delivered while making a circle with his right hand – is interpreted as a sign that he is the embodiment of all Fun House characters.

• People think the narrator “Can you keep a secret?” The game show is Eric Young, possibly hinting at his return to WWE as a member of the White 6, if that’s still a thing.

• “Secret” could mean we’ll see The Fiend again soon. It was referred to as such when Firefly Fun House debuted in 2019.

After a montage of photos is shown through the door of the Fun House, the last figure we see is either wearing a new mask, or a copy of the mask Bray took off again at Strict rules.

What does it all mean? Hell if I knew! Do you have any theories or are you keeping a secret? Or do you not care anymore, if you did before?
