Apple company’s spring event is scheduled for March 27, 2018. The event is said to focus on education and there is some chance we can see some new Apple products including new iPad and iPad Pro.

The Apple iPad lineup got a makeover during last year. In March 2017, 9.7-inch iPad is replaced with iPad Air 2. Apple discontinues the Mini 2. In June 2017, 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch Pros are unveiled and left the iPad Mini 4 which is getting a minor upgrade. The new iPad and iPad Pro is rumored to have Face ID, which can naturally fit on the Pro model pricing. We can see new iPads at this event which is likely to be a refreshed version of iPad whose cost is $329.

Apple is not officially confirmed to any launch of iPad. This launch rumor still remains speculative. Apple has confirmed the March 27 event which is going to be an educational event but there is no confirmation about the launch of new iPads. If the launch does not happen on March 27 then the next launch scheduled is going to be WWDC 2018 on June 4.

According to a report of Bloomberg, the new version of 10.5-inch model is not going to be ready for the launch until the second half of the year. In 2017, Apple registered two new iPads model with Economic Commission. For all this, March announcement is thought to feature a new version of iPad or iPad Mini in place of new Pro models.

The new features for the iPad are said to see upgrades in processor speed and memory. Bloomberg said that we can expect next generation of iPads which will have fast processors and GPUs. It is also rumored to have Face ID, no home button, no wireless charging and no OLED display
