Algeria: Saudi crown prince skips top on doctor’s advice

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (AFP) – The Algerian presidency said in the early hours of Sunday morning that the 37-year-old Saudi crown prince will not attend the upcoming summit in Algeria after his doctors advised him not to travel.
