A Hollywood actor has thrown his support behind former President Trump as the election approaches in just over five weeks.

“Shazam!” Star Zachary Levi revealed his presidential pick while moderating an event with former presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard, the former Democratic congresswoman from Hawaii, in Michigan on Saturday.

Levy opened the event by explaining that he had initially supported Robert Kennedy Jr. in the 2024 presidential election, and when Kennedy suspended his campaign, Levy knew who he was sending his support to.

“In an ideal world, whatever that looks like, I probably would have voted for Bobby,” Levy said. “But we don’t live in a perfect world. In fact, we live in a very broken world. We live in a country that has been hijacked by a lot of people who want to take this place away from the abyss, and we’re here to stop that.”

Levy added that he grew up in a conservative Christian family and his parents taught him to “have a healthy level of distrust of government,” adding that Kennedy is “the real deal” and the type of politician he wants to support for president.

“We’re going to take this country back. We’re going to make it great again, and we’re going to make it healthy again. And so I stand with Bobby and I stand with everyone who stands with President Trump,” Levy said. “Of the two choices we have, and we only have two choices, President Trump is the man who “He can get us there.”

Levy played the superhero Shazam in two DC films in 2019 and 2023. The films revolve around a young boy who turns into a grown man after saying the famous phrase. He also starred in the TV series “Chuck” and voiced Flynn Rider in the Disney animated film “Tangled.”

The actor also sparked a social media storm after he expressed his distrust of pharmaceutical giant Pfizer in a post on X in 2023.

The controversy began when Levy retweeted a question from Morehouse Group founder Lyndon Wood, who asked his followers: “Do you or do you disagree that Pfizer poses a real danger to the world?”

Levi answered the question: “Hardcore consensus.”

The brief comment sparked a backlash from left-leaning X accounts, attacking the actor for “disappointing them” after supporting “anti-vax propaganda.”

Fox News Digital reached out to the Trump campaign and Levy for comment on the endorsements and did not immediately hear back.
