Star of the series “16 and Pregnant” Sean GarringerThe official cause of death is blunt force trauma to the head… according to the medical examiner’s office.
TMZ obtained documents from the Raleigh, North Carolina, coroner’s office, and the report into his death in February indicates that his skull was fractured in multiple places — following the horrific accident involving an ATV in the driveway of his home.
As previously mentioned… Sean was driving his four-wheeler when the ground dropped, causing the vehicle to flip over and him to fall under it. The accident crushed his skull, He ended his life tragically. Before help arrives.

Shawn was on season 6 of the show with his ex-girlfriend, Selena Gutierrez …which chronicled their lives after welcoming their two daughters, aged 3 years. Darryl My 19 month old is named.
Selena told TMZ that her children were too young to comprehend what had happened to their father — but she was grateful they were able to spend time with him just weeks before his death.
