First look at Dexter: Original Sin It has arrived.

Pictures from the next Dexter The prequel was released on Thursday, introducing audiences to the Morgan family — including Christian Slater as Harry Morgan, Patrick Gibson as Dexter Morgan, and Molly Brown as Debra Morgan.

One of the photos, attached in the first image below, is particularly ominous because it shows Gibson carrying out the killing. The others appear harmless, including one of Dexter and Harry in the kitchen, as well as another of Dexter deep in thought (as shown above).

Dexter: Original Sin Set 15 years before the events of the main series, the 10-episode series takes place in 1991 Miami and follows Dexter (Gibson) as he transitions from student to vengeful serial killer. When his bloodthirsty urges can no longer be ignored, Dexter must learn to channel his inner darkness. Guided by his father, Harry (Slater), he adopts a code designed to help him find and kill people who deserve to be eliminated from society without getting on law enforcement’s radar. This presents a particular challenge for young Dexter when he begins a forensic internship with the Miami Metro Police Department.

Additional cast includes Patrick Dempsey as Aaron Spencer, James Martinez as Angel Batista, Christina Milian as Maria LaGuerta, Alex Shimizu as Vince Masuka, Reno Wilson as Bobby Watt, and special guest star Sarah Michelle Gellar as Tanya Martin.

Dexter: Original Sin The series is executive produced by executive producer Clyde Phillips, and produced by Showtime Studios and Counterpart Studios. The executive producers include Scott Reynolds, Michael C. Hall, Mary Lea Sutton, Tony Hernandez, and Lily Burns, and the series is produced by Robert Lloyd Lewis.
